This morning one of the friends was sad because her cat is sick and will go to be with Jesus this evening.  Many of the friends gave her hugs and showed God's love to her!  The friends invited her to play, and soon everyone was happily engaged in a play scenario.  :)

Although it is cold outside, we had a lot of fun! 

During small group time, we worked to retell the I Know an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Pie.

With mrs. Zwettler, the friends finished their thankful books.

They also worked to make a turkey with me.  :) 

During Jesus time, we each had a minute to share what we are thankful for.  We were able to use the "microphone,"  and we repeated what our friends said.  We thank God for all of our many blessings!!

During second small group time we worked to finish our Thanksgiving Thankful Turkeys.
