Happy Birthday Eli! 

We are so thankful that the Lord brought you to our class! 

Our schedule was a bit different today! 

Outside time 

Mrs. Dieckamp read a story to the friends and parents for Family Friday. 

Family Friday fun!  

We started our day with Jesus time!  We reviewed the story of the two men on the road to Emmaus.  We discussed how we can share the good news of God's love and faithfulness in Jesus' death and resurrection with everyone! 

We then played a game that increased number recognition and rhyming.  In the game, the friends worked to complete rhyming riddles similar to the following: 

"It is getting late!  We better erase the number ____" 

The friends had to show me where the numbers were because I kept on forgetting and messing up!  ;) 

It is artsy Thursday! 

During small group time, each friend had their foot painted for a collaborative mural.  

We use our feet to follow Jesus and share His love! 

The friends also painted with water colors. 

The friends worked to create line collages with beautiful paper! 

During outside time, the friends were excited to search for the bunnies.

Isabella worked to order the numbers on the seeds! 

The creation station was filled with activity.

During second free choice, some of the friends practiced their writing skills!

During second small group time we wrote "I will follow Jesus" on our footprint mural. 

With Mrs. Lipsey we wrote cards for our special visitors tomorrow!
