During chapel this morning, Pastor Matt shared with us that the Reformation was like a re-discovery of the Gospel.

During outside time we found ice on the playground!

Please please please ensure that your child has a warm jacket, hat, and gloves every day.  We plan to go outside every day unless it is raining or below 20 degrees.

During free choice time, Mrs. Zwettler worked to practice subitizing and one to one correspondence while playing Chutes and Ladders.

I worked with children one on one to complete our "Who is Jesus" dictations for our All Saint's Fest donation.

We love creating with the Legos!  This strengthens our fine motor skills as well as engages our brains in creative thinking.

We are excited to change our dramatic play to a Market.  :)

During morning meeting we practiced this fun poem.

Friends came and helped track the print as we read the poem together.  (I encourage you to model tracking print when you read at home with your child too!)

Avry led our alphabet this morning!

We then read a Five Little Pumpkins Pete the Cat book.

Second outside time

During second small group time we drew pictures of Jesus!

We read big books!

We also practiced one to one correspondence and subitizing as we played chutes and ladders.

This morning during Jesus time we learned how God provided for the Israelites while they were in the desert.  God provides for us too!

After Jesus time, we had a fire drill.  The class did great!

We then went outside to run and play before the party.

Back in the classroom, we had free choice time and changed into our costumes.

We then went on a parade down into the other classes.

Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Teague for all of your hard work that made our party a success! Thank you to everyone who donated treats!

We played Fall Bingo.

We did a fun pumpkin sun catcher.

We also had a yummy snack too!
(Thanks Ms. Jen!)

At the end of the party, Mr. Teague read us a funny book!

During small group time we read books!

We also worked on subitizing and one to one correspondence as we played Chutes and Ladders.

With me, we worked our robot newspapers for our robot museum on Friday from 9:00-9:30.

During free choice time, we moved our robots to a safe place until our museum opens.

We added a few new centers including legos!

We also started the beginnings of a market in the dramatic play center.
