This morning in chapel, Pastor Matt made a "machine."  Each machine had a unique part.  The last part of the machine was a simple "ping."  Pastor Matt told the "ping" that it was not important enough to be in the machine.  He tried to get the machine to work without the "ping," but the machine fell apart.  Pastor Matt realized that he needed the "ping" for the machine to work.  He shared with us that we are each fearfully and wonderfully made by God.  We each have unique gifts and talents, no matter how small they may seem!

As we walked outside, we saw a different kind of spider that we have not seen before!  We collected him for further observation.

Ga-ga ball fun outside :)

Mrs. Zwettler played with the friends who were not playing ga-ga ball on the Pre-K playground.

On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we share our morning outside time with the Preschool.  Our friends have made friendships with the preschool friends too!

A huge thank you to Mrs. Gore who came in and helped us learn about spiders today!

We were so excited to have Mrs. Gore come in and talk to us about spiders!  She left a poster board full of information for us!

We then made our own spider webs with yarn and a paper plate.  We put sparkly spiders in our webs too!

Mrs. Gore made a special yummy spider treat for our class as well!

It was pretty hot outside during second outside time, but we had fun nonetheless!

Second free choice time was full of writing!

During second small group time, the friends practiced their balancing skills as they walked to save spiders on the spider web.

We also made rainbows with Mrs. Lipsey to help remind us that God keeps His promises! We used small beads to promote fine motor growth too!
