Free choice was busy with activity and learning this morning! 

Pastor Matt was our guest reader during library today! 

After library time, our 8th grade buddies came down to read to us!  We are so thankful for the community within our school.  Our 8th grade buddies are great! 

We had fun during outside time! 

During small group time we cut out stars for a classroom art piece to remind us that God keeps His promises and with God, anything is possible! 

We painted the background for the art piece too! 

We also worked to count out pennies.  The friends are strengthening their one to one correspondence skills as they use the back of the number cards to put one penny on each square.  

During Jesus time we reviewed the story of Abraham.  We sang the silly Father Abraham song as well as My God is so Great.  We thanked God for keeping His promises! 

After lunch and quiet time we headed outside! 

Second free choice time

During second small group time we cut out the final parts for our lap books. 

We also played a number bingo with Mrs. Lipsey to help us recognize our numbers.
