Happy work together Wednesday! 

Some of the friends worked together to order our numbered seeds from 1-20!  Great teamwork friends! 

During chapel Pastor Matt shared with us that the people may take our things, but they can never take away our faith in Jesus!  We can freely share the Gospel with everyone! 

During small group time, the friends worked in partners.  Mrs. Zwetter and I painted one of the partner's hands red and one of the partner's hands red.  The partners then mixed their hands to make orange.  They then stamped their orange hands on a heart that we will hang in our classroom.  We worked together to create a beautiful piece of artwork! 

Outside time

We noticed that the bunnies from the big playground moved! 

Mrs. Morris moved the scared bunny to a safe place.  The friends loved observing the bunny.  One of the friends said, "We should have brought our clipboards out so that we can draw arrows for the bunny to follow to a safe place!"  

Second free choice

Mrs. Borcherding (a mom of a preschool and kindergarten student here at Our Shepherd) hatches chickens in her home each year for her grandfather's farm.  She offered to show our friends some of the baby chicks.  We were so excited to see them!! 

We were able to take turns petting and holding the chicks!  (Some of the friend chose to watch the others pet and hold the chicks.)

Second free choice 

Some of the friends wanted to add to the river! 

Outside time

During second small group time the friends, with me, engaged their memory and recall as we played "I'm Going to Grandma's House." 

With Mrs. Lipsey, the friends worked together to build towers!
