We had a fantastic field trip today!  Thank you all for making it possible. 

Jordan, the naturalist, shared lots of information with us! We took a video of it so we can refer back to it throughout the project. 

We then searched for bugs and insects! 

We used magnifying glasses and insect books to identify what we caught. 

After snack we had a few minutes to explore in the nature center.  If you are looking for a great place to take a family day, I suggest McCloud.  They have many informative (and free!) programs as well as beautiful trails.
