Happy Friday!

We had fun building with the cups and craft sticks! As we create, we are problem solving and engaging in creative thinking.

We enjoyed a few puppet shows this morning too!

Train fun

Doug, Jordan's dad, was our library volunteer this morning.  Thank you for reading to us Doug!

Outside time

During small group time we came up with a name for our pumpkins and worked to write the name on a label.

We also practiced our scissor skills with Mrs. Zwettler as we made pumpkin lanterns.  We had to work hard to cut on the line and stop when the line stopped.

We also created with the pattern blocks.  Pattern blocks help children develop spatial understanding as they work to use the different shapes to create something new.

During Jesus time, we read us the story of Moses as a baby in the basket.  God had a plan for Moses, and God has a plan for each one of us too!
