This morning we are so thankful to have the opportunity to practice our song for Sunday on the contemporary worship stage!  Please plan to bring your child to our classroom at 10:30 on Sunday morning.  The service will begin at 10:45.  

This morning during free choice time the friends were excited to work on the hula hoop show. We talked about the plan for the show, and the friends discussed how we were going to do it.  As the friends plan their play, they are learning important foundational executive functioning skills!

Look how easily learning skills are incorporated into play!  The friends are learning important literacy skills (letter sounds, letter formation, and spaces between words) as they write their signs.  Because it is done in play, the friends brains are engaged and the process is more meaningful to them.
