This morning we added to our morning routine.  After the friends wash their hands in the classroom, they write their names.  Previously we had done this after lunch, but the cooler weather is inhibiting that routine.  

During morning meeting we had a discussion about our class band name.  A few friends were discussing it as they were writing their names.  I write down their ideas and we will vote on them later in the week! 

We also read this book again.  It is so good to read books over and over!

During free choice work time we continued to play the game that helps our friends count with one to one correspondence and supports base ten thinking.
