This morning we practiced our song for Sunday, January 21st with the preschool and kindergarten classes.

During small group time we strengthened our fine motor skills by ripping paper into small pieces.

We continued to strengthen our fine motor skills as we created with play dough.

With Mrs. Zwettler, we practiced beginning sounds.

With me, the friends worked to complete the graph they began on Tuesday.  We went around and asked church and school staff members, "Do you like vans?" The friends practiced using their visual discrimination to see what box to use next.  They practiced one to one correspondence as they worked to write one mark in each box.  We also discussed more, less, and equal! Not to mention we were able to talk to our awesome staff here!

We love Mrs. Hedges!

We were able to ask Mrs. Wash (our school secretary) and Mrs. Martin (the 8th grade teacher)!

We also asked Mrs. Meyerholtz (the book keeper).

We asked Mrs. Abernathy (the church secretary).

We also asked Mr. Marquardt, our DCE intern.

Thanks church and school staff for helping us!

Our question of the day before free choice time was:

"Have you ever been to a car wash?"

There are no pictures from the afternoon.  I went home to take care of one of my children who was sick.  Thanks to Mrs. Helmkamp, Mrs. Lipsey, and Mrs. Zwettler for taking great care of our class!
