Happy Monday!  

This morning the friends were ready and excited to run and play in the gym! 

Back in the classroom after our morning routines we discussed how we could bring the creek into our classroom since we won't be able to go visit the creek for a while. 

"We could use water!"

"We could put water in a bottle!" 

We listed the items that we need to represent the creek. 

We then read this silly book! 

After snack we went to work.  

The friends using their spatial reasoning to decide if the rocks would fit in the water bottles or not. 

"I can fit five on here!" 

Of course we worked on our books too! 

The friends loved expressing themselves with the paint today! 

"Find all the numbers and put them in." 

One of the friends used the dominoes to make a matching puzzle! 

Sealing our creek bottles! 

"What letter do we need next?" 

"O!"

"Let's find the O.  Do you see one?"
