This morning the friends were so fast that I had a hard time getting pictures of them! 

Back in the classroom we wrote cards. 

I pulled out some craft sticks to see what the friends would do with them. 

"I am counting them in groups of five." 

"I am going to make shapes!" 

"If you put them like this, you can make a snowflake."  

"Wait!  We could use the sticks to make letters!" 

Working together to make letters
