Rainy days mean gym fun at school! 

During small group time we practiced identifying sets of numbers (subitizing) and taking turns as we retold the true story of Jesus' birth. 

We created in the blocks. 

We wrote words and read books. 

We also practiced ordering number 1-10.  We discussed what numbers come before and after a given number.

During Jesus time we discussed how the shepherds were the first to know about the Savior's birth.  What a special day!  Jesus was born to be our Savior.  He died on the cross and rose again to save us from our sins!
