During chapel our DCE Intern, Mr. Joel Marquardt, shared with us about Pentecost.  Through the Holy Spirit, we have the gift of faith!

We worked on some of the costumes for the bird show!

The friends were working to scare the geese away from our bird feeders! 

"Let's make the words from the book." 

During clean up time many of the friends were not cleaning up.  :(  

We used this as a learning opportunity.  After clean up time, I made a big mess and the friends practiced cleaning.  They said to each other, "I don't want to do that again!" and "Next time I am cleaning during clean up time."

We worked on making signs for the bird show! We applied our letter formation knowledge as well as our letter sound knowledge to make the signs.
