We began our day with chapel with Mr. Marquardt.

Back in the classroom we had a heated discussion about what to call a sweatshirt that zips.

"It's not a sweatshirt if it has a zipper!"

"Some sweatshirts have zippers!'

"No!  It's called a jacket!"

We used this opportunity to learn a few important social skills and new vocabulary.  We prayed to ask God to forgive us for speaking rudely to our friends.  We then discussed that our friends are more important than being right.  It is okay to disagree, but we need to speak to each other in a kind voice.  We then discussed that a jacket, like the one pictured below, can be called many different names.  How silly!

We read one of our favorite books from the beginning of the school year.

While half of the class went outside, the other half worked in the classroom with me.

"I put two in each hole!"

"This one us in my name!"

"We can write all of these."

"I made all of these words!"
