Happy Friday!

What a great week we've had together!  We continued to learn about the Wise Men visiting Jesus.  We learned that we can praise Jesus anytime!  We can pray to Him at all times, and He always listens.  He is our Savior, and He loves us very much! 

We began our day with some silly songs.

We then went to the gym for stretches, an obstacle course, and some free choice. 

During small group time we continued to explore numbers and subitizing. 

We added details and illustrations to our stories. 

We explored letters and their sounds with Mrs. Dieckamp.

"Can you point to the spine in this x-ray?" 

Oftentimes friends will choose to read.  We want to foster the love of reading!  

The train table was busy.  The friends are using their language skills to express what they are doing, communicate with one another, and engage in cooperative play. 

Some friends were hard at work in the creation station! 

"How do I know if this is big enough for my head?" 

"You need to measure it!"
