Please meet our classroom aides. 

Mrs. Marks (pictured on the left) is helping us in the morning, and Mrs. Andrews (pictured right) is helping us in the afternoons.  We are thankful for them! 

We had a great first week of school!

On chapel days (Wednesdays) we sit with our 8th grade chapel buddies. 

We start every non-chapel day with prayer and a hymn together in the hallway. 

We enjoyed the playground and the beautiful weather outside.  

We explored in the outdoor classroom as well! 

The gourds were a topic of interest and discussion.  

The friends especially enjoyed observing the swirly parts of the vines. 

During small group time we practiced making our name with letters.  We worked to create a classroom community by learning each others names.  We also explored the magnetic letters! 

During free choice time explored our classroom, learned the rules and routines of school, and had fun engaging in play with our friends. 

During Jesus time we learned that Jesus loves us very much! 

After rest time we practiced writing our names, wrote in our journals, and engaged in associative and cooperative play.  

We also celebrated two birthdays this week!
