It's a rainy Tuesday, but that didn't stop us from having a great day at school!

In the mornings we are exploring concepts of weight.

"Which one is heavier?"

"Can you make them equal?"

Everett was our leader today.

Gym time!

We are practicing solving social conflicts.

"How many minutes until my turn?"

"Two minutes."

During small group time the friends continued practicing counting with one to one correspondence.  They also worked to recognize a few numbers!

Working together is an important social skill.

We love to read!  Although the friends cannot read conventionally, they are learning important pre-reading skills including re-telling a story, print orientation, and the love of reading!

Our friends are so fun!

"We are bunnies!"

"I see some shiny rocks!"

Our friends are writers too!  Children go through various developmental stages of writing.
