This morning during morning meeting we once again played the matching emotions game! 

Outside time

Do you see the friends holding hands?  We have created a classroom community that loves each other! 

"Wait - is this popcorn?" 

"I see some corn!" 

During small group time the friends worked on recognizing letters and their names with Ms. Marks.  

We continued to sort seeds with me. 

"Put the red ones in this one.  The yellow ones go here." 

We took some of the corn inside to investigate! 

"Look at the dirt!" 

"The corn is squishy."

"How does this turn into popcorn?" 

Free choice time 

The friends acted out a book we read during morning meeting! 

"I am drawing the corn!"
