This morning in chapel our DCE Joel Marquardt led our chapel today.  He shared with how God holds us even when we can't see Him.

We then went to the gym to dance and play.

After snack Mr. Andrews, an electrician, came to answer our questions about electricity.

We learned that electricity is like a bridge.  When the bridge is up, the electrons can't go.  When the bridge is down, the electrons are free to "run" and create electricity.  Turning off the light switch "opens" the bridge and turning it on "closes" the bridge.

He then showed us how to tell if a light bulb is broken.  We learned that only adults touch plugs, light bulbs, etc.

The friends then each had a turn to generate electricity for the light bulbs.

Free choice time

"Pretend I am the brother and you are the sister."

"What's your phone number?"

"Look at the stairs I made!"

After playing with one of the fleece blankets, the friends noticed that their hair had static electricity!

After working on our play plans, the friends followed through their plan.
