Happy Friday!

During Jesus time today we read this book.  We discussed how we are all different.  We have different hair, different clothes, and different skin, but God loves us all!  He created us differently and we praise God for our many differences that make us each unique! 

Today was an exciting day!  We hung our doorbells today! 

The doorbells had to pass two tests before they were hung in the classroom. 

1. Does it ring?

2. Does it hang? 

I am so proud of the friends.  They tried many times before successfully meeting both tests.  They worked together, helped each other, problem solved, and persisted!

One of the friends thought of the idea to add a piece of tape at the end of the string to keep the bell from falling off! Great problem solving and creative thinking!

We thank God for our wonderful Principal, Mrs. Hedges, who celebrates our learning with us!
