Happy Monday!

Don't forget that there is an eLearning day tomorrow.  There is no extended care offered.

We began our day exploring gourds and pumpkins.

After morning prayer, we practiced our song for Sunday with Mr. Kyle Borcherding.

Getting ready for outside time!

During small group time, the friends worked together in the blocks.

They enjoyed new books!

They also worked to re-tell some of the Jesus stories we have learned this year!

With Ms. Marks, the friends made letters using the wood pieces.

Free choice time

"How much does a pumpkin weigh?"

"I am telling about Noah!"

Can you draw a pumpkin?

"It's show time!"

Can you make a pumpkin?

Sorting magnetic letters

"Let's make this word!"

"Mix it up so all the seeds pop!"

"I am writing a sign for us!"

Today, many of the friends pretended that they were going to have a baby. In play, children make sense of the world and their experiences.

"This says you have to lay for ten days after having a baby."

During Jesus time we learned our bible words for the week.  "Give us this day our daily bread." Matthew 6:11.  We learned that God provides for our needs.  Our biggest need is the need for a Savior!  He sent Jesus to save us from our sins so we can join Him for eternity!
