Our DCE Mr. Joel Marquartd led our school wide morning prayer this morning! 

The friends were interested to see the mosquitos outside today! 

"I think it's a spider!" 

"No - look it flies!  Spiders don't fly!" 

"Make it fly again!" 

One of our questions from our popcorn investigations is where do we eat popcorn.  The friends each shared where they eat popcorn and illustrated it for us. 

With Mrs. Marks we painted with popcorn! 

Independently, the friends worked in the blocks and read books. 

This morning we read a book called Count the Monkeys.  The friends wanted to count the monkeys during morning meeting, but we all weren't able to see.  During free choice, the friends worked to count the monkeys and write the number.
